Can I request a custom size or color variation for this painting?
While we don’t offer custom sizes or color variations for any of the paintings posted on our website, we do provide a service called “Recreations.” This service is designed for customers who would like a recreation of any artwork posted on our website. This is particularly useful for those who want to purchase a painting that is no longer available but it’s also useful for those who want a different size or color version of a painting that is available for purchase. Please note that the recreation will not be an exact replica of the original painting as each recreation is unique. However, Trese does an incredible job making sure that each recreation matches the original painting as closely as possible while also incorporating any specific size or color requirements that you may have.
What is your pricing methodology?
Is this product for sale as an NFT or digital file?
Unfortunately, no. As of right now and for the foreseeable future, the only products we are selling are physical original Trese Judd paintings and recreations. This means we will not be selling copies of original paintings, NFTs, or digital copies. If this ever changes, you will all be the first to know. Thank you so much for your patience with us.
Is this artwork ready to hang or does it require additional framing?
Look out for the “canvas form” of each painting, which can be found under the “additional information” tab. If it’s a stretched canvas, it’s ready to hang, as stretched canvases are made of a piece of canvas material stretched over a wooden frame. If it’s a flat canvas, it will require additional framing to hang on your wall.
Is your checkout process secure?
Absolutely. We have taken and will continue to take all the proper steps to ensure a secure checkout process for our customers. Your security is of utmost importance to us, and we believe in being completely honest and transparent with our customers.

4. We only ask our customers for relevant information.
5. We provide clear and transparent policies on shipping, returns, refunds, as well as our terms and conditions and privacy policy.
6. We have included a CAPTCHA code verifier field in the checkout process as well.
How is the artwork packaged and shipped to ensure safe delivery?
Packaging and shipping artwork can be a delicate process. It is of utmost importance to us that your painting arrives safely at your doorstep, which is why we take the following steps:
1. We wrap the artwork with acid-free paper, ensuring that all corners and edges are properly covered.
2. We secure the wrapped art with bubble wrap, providing an extra layer of cushioning.
3. We place the artwork inside a sturdy custom-sized cardboard box that is slightly larger than the artwork to allow for additional cushioning.
4. We fill any empty spaces in the box with packing peanuts or air cushions to prevent shifting during transit.
5. We close and seal the box with heavy-duty packing tape, ensuring all seams are thoroughly secured.
6. We label the box with the proper shipping address, return address, and any applicable fragile or handling instructions.
7. When the price of a painting is over $500, we purchase shipping insurance.
8. We ship through UPS, USPS, or FedEx, each being a reliable company that we trust to get our packages where they need to go in a sufficient and timely manner.
9. We track the shipment to monitor its progress and ensure on-time delivery.
10. Lastly, we will notify the recipient of the shipment’s expected delivery date and provide any relevant tracking information throughout the shipment process. We stay in communication with customers until we have been informed that the painting has arrived safely.

What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is designed to ensure that every customer receives their painting(s) in a timely and professional manner. We use reputable shipping carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx, to provide domestic and international shipping options.
We understand that waiting for your order to be shipped can be inconvenient. Currently, we process and ship all orders within 4 business days of receipt, unless otherwise stated. We are working on optimizing our supply chain to shorten our handling time.
However, for the time being, we do not have custom-sized boxes on-hand and available for each and every painting. Therefore, we need to order the custom-sized box and receive it before we can package and ship off your oder. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once we receive the box, we will package and ship off your order immediately.
We offer free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you prefer expedited or overnight shipping, we will pay for the cost of standard shipping for the specific painting purchased and just ask that you cover the remaining cost.
For international shipping, customers can choose between standard or expedited shipping. Customers should expect delivery within 5-7 business days (once shipped) for standard shipping and 2-3 business days (once shipped) for expedited shipping.
We aim to provide each customer with a positive shipping experience. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will assist with filing a claim or finding a solution.
What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with your painting, please follow the steps below to initiate a return:
- 1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your painting to notify us that you wish to return it.
- 2. Provide us with photographic evidence of any damage to the painting or its packaging at the time of delivery. We cannot accept these types of returns without this evidence.
- 3. Pack the painting in its original packaging or similar packaging to ensure it is protected during shipping.
- 4. Ship the painting back to us within 7 days of notifying us about the return.
Once we receive the returned painting and verify that it is in its original condition (with the exception of a scenario where the painting was delivered damaged), we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that while domestic shipping for all orders under $100 is free, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling fees. We cannot be held responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit, so we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
If you receive a damaged painting and wish to keep it, we can offer a partial refund based on the severity of the damage. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the painting for more information.
